Leave can begin up to a week before the anticipated birth or placement. This policy is the same for both fathers and mothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When possible, Autotroph encourages employees expecting to take extended leave parental or otherwise, to provide notice as early as possible so that accommodations can be made.
