Each position in Autotroph exists within our three tiers (Individual Contributor, Director, Owner) and operates between level 1 and level 6. These six levels come with detailed descriptions<\/a> of our expectations and understandings of the skills that any person uses in the course of their job at that level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anytime an employee moves upwards from one level to the next they will receive a raise to their compensation based on their role and the salary benchmarks for that role.\u00a0If the employee is previously paid below the lower range of the level then they will receive a raise\u00a0up to the lower range of the new level.\u00a0If the employee is already paid above the benchmark then they will receive a 3% raise instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Level upgrades are not connected to any schedule or timeline and may be confirmed at any time. However, employees cannot change levels more than once in a six month period. All level upgrades require approval from the employee’s manager as well as\u00a0Jonathan W. and\u00a0Wes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth noting that level advancements are intentionally difficult to earn as they should represent strong personal advancement.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
