Company-wide holiday observances for all full-time, \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 US based, salaried employees currently include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Full-time employees are not expected to work on observed holidays and are also not expected to make up the lost time by working extra on other days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to honoring the Christmas and New Years holidays, Autotroph has historically opted to reduce employee obligations during the final two weeks of the year. Exact dates and expectations may vary and will be communicated to the team by someone in leadership at some point in Q4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
