In the unfortunate event that an important person in your life passes away, we are here to support you in whatever ways you need. We ask that you communicate with either your manager or the Director of Operations regarding the situation and then let us take care of everything work related while you take the time off that you need.
We do not expect you to know in advance exactly how much time you will need. We recommend taking three full work days initially, followed by a conversation with your supervisor or the Director of Operations if more time is needed.
