Company-wide holiday observances for all full-time, ๐บ๐ธ US based, salaried employees currently include:
- January 1st – New Years Day
- Third Monday of January – Martin Luther King, Jr Day
- Last Monday of May – Memorial Day
- June 19th – Juneteenth
- July 4th – Independence Day
- First Monday in September – Labor Day
- Fourth Thursday in November – Thanksgiving
- December 24th – Christmas Eve
- December 25th – Christmas Day
Full-time employees are not expected to work on observed holidays and are also not expected to make up the lost time by working extra on other days.
End of year observance
In addition to honoring the Christmas and New Years holidays, Autotroph has historically opted to reduce employee obligations during the final two weeks of the year. Exact dates and expectations may vary and will be communicated to the team by someone in leadership at some point in Q4.
