Full time employees are welcome to take up to 12 weeks of paid time away from work following the birth or adoption of a child. Leave can begin up to a week before the anticipated birth or placement. This policy is the same for both fathers and mothers.
When possible, Autotroph encourages employees expecting to take extended leave parental or otherwise, to provide notice as early as possible so that accommodations can be made. This is not a condition or strict requirement but rather a request to help the team better plan for and manage things in your absence.
