Autotroph uses a collection of salary benchmarking data sources to determine salaries for all full-time roles. Those numbers are used to generate the ranges for every job level, within each job title.
Twice per year, all of our data sources are checked and our benchmark numbers are updated. When this occurs, some employees will receive pay adjustments.
Pay adjustments will be made when the prescribed salary range for a given employee at their current level increases to the extent that the employee’s current salary falls below the new minimum. In that case, the given employee will receive a pay increase up to that new minimum and will be notified privately about the details.
Employees who are still paid within or above the prescribed salary range following a data update will not receive any change in pay.
